Columns: name, category, supplier, sku, current, target, unit, cost. Required: name, current, target. Matching name + supplier updates an existing item.
Archive sample items or discontinued products from their Edit screen. Count history is preserved.
Admin manages everything. Manager edits inventory and counts assigned lists. Staff counts assigned lists. Viewer reads assigned lists.
To create a login or reset its password, use Supabase → Authentication → Users. Newly created users have no inventory access until you assign it here. Passwords are handled by Supabase.
Latest 100 changes in your assigned lists.
