Use Inventory to review stock levels and Today’s Count to complete scheduled counts. Supplier orders are drafts for review.

Import CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls); the first worksheet is used. Up to 500 rows per import.

Columns: name, brand, category, supplier, upc, item_number, current, target, unit, cost. Required: name, current, target. Matching name + supplier updates an existing item.

Your team, their lists.

Admin manages everything. Manager edits inventory and counts assigned lists. Staff counts assigned lists. Viewer reads assigned lists.

To create a login or reset its password, use Supabase → Authentication → Users. Newly created users have no inventory access until you assign it here. Passwords are handled by Supabase.

Staff visibility

Show supplier names, UPCs and Item Numbers to staff

Off by default. Applies to all Staff and Viewer accounts. Admin and Manager accounts keep access to these details. Changes apply when staff refresh or return to the app.
